Routine blood glucose measurement (SMBG) is obsolete; Because correct analysis and reaching the right decision is practically not possible (statistics show that only 10% of people reach the correct treatment decision). On the other hand, the HbA1c test for controlling diabetes has many shortcomings. Point in Range is a new and advanced supplementary index used to evaluate blood sugar status and does not have the problems of previous methods.

The main goal in the design was to create a suitable presentation of Point In Rang concept for the user and accessible and clear Patient Report for the doctor and assistant.Also, the use of device design language was considered for the UI of the project.

“How we should design that can help user engagement in the diabetes management process?”

Simple scanning of the results in a few seconds: blood sugar test results are quickly transferred to the smartphone software using NFC technology and stored and reported in the application.
